If you are caring for a loved one, there are lots of organisations in Birmingham you can turn to for help or support at this time.

Forward Carers have compiled a webpage with lots of COVID-19 advice for carers which you can find here.

They also have a Birmingham Carers Hub service, which you can call between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday: 0333 006 9711. There is limited out of hours service, or you can e-mail info@birminghamcarershub.org.uk.

You can find a list of supermarkets in Birmingham who are offering carers priority access during key worker times here.

There is a weekly Carer Update eBulletin which you can subscribe to here.

Birmingham City Council has been working with Birmingham Voluntary Service Council (BVSC) to help coordinate voluntary and community groups who are supporting vulnerable people. BVSC has put together a possible “pathway” for those who are looking for help, which you can find here.
