Restore the 46 bus to its original route

The 46 bus serves much needed connectivity for residents of Hawkesley to Northfield and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The change in bus service, will result in residents accessibility to healthcare, widening the health inequality gap in Kings Norton.

The planned route changes will see the bus cut out Meadowsweet Avenue, Longdales Road and Edgewood Road.

Sonia Kumar and local residents are campaigning to keep the bus route as it is. Calling on West Midlands Mayor Andy Street, West Midlands Bus Alliance and National Express West Midlands to reverse this decision which adversely affects residents in our community.
